My name is Anna, I come from the Czech Republic and moved to Toronto in September 2020.
I am approved professional Yoga Teacher by Yoga Federation of Europe with over 4 years of teaching experience. I provide my yoga classes with a peaceful, safe and mind-body-spirit nurturing environment.
Yoga to me is a Life style that is not limited to the yoga mat, my Guru would say that ,,yoga practice starts the moments you leave the yoga mat”, to which I’d have to agree.
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I first started yoga because of huge knee pain, lower back pain and headaches. Yoga has helped me to harmonized my body and released pain.
Yoga also helps me to find balance at times I have non. It helps me breath and flow through life and be present to experience life as it is. But most importantly, it gives me moments of bliss which I experience during and after my practice.
