Trillium Park

Trillium Park

Toronto, August 14th, 2020

Trillium Park and William G. Davis Trail is 7.5 acres of public green space on a spectacular part of Toronto’s waterfront. An open space full of life, ready to be enjoyed for rest and play.

Returning to the source is stillness, the which is the way of nature.

Yoga at the pavilion

We decided to pick this spot for our yoga practice, an open-air pavilion at the Trillium Park facing th CN Tower, which inspired by evergreen forests and the iconic structures of Ontario Place.

Cooling down

Finishing the practice with ease, aromatherapy and a final guided meditation.
