La Serra de la Madrona

La Serra de la Madrona is one of the highest points in the district (685 meters). From here there is a magnificent panoramic view on all four sides, and simply looking around you can see the highest mountains of the Pyrenees, Montserrat, Montseny and the whole of Lower Berguedà.

Gaining a better understanding of the nature of yoga means gaining a better understanding of yourself.

THE EXPERIENCE

Yoga practice

We walked towards La Madrona and located ourselves at one of the big rocks to get ready for the practice. We got to enjoy the practice over and smelled the outdoors, being present and breathing deeply at all times around a beautiful landscape.

From the contact with a cold rock, it was the warmest and most beautiful yoga practice I have ever attended.
