What is yoga?
Yoga goes beyond physical practice. The word Yoga means union of individual consciousness with universal consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between mind and body, man and nature.
Yoga is a lifestyle that invites us to look within and discover our own dharma, the purpose of life and existence, and to transform suffering through the discipline of the senses. Asana (posture) is just one of the eight limbs of yoga.
Thruyoga was born as a life project where we share moments and stories; joys, but also fears and worries. A space for personal expression without judging, without pretending, but being.
We all have our history that leads us to be who we are today and makes us unique, walking and advancing together, always valuing the simplicity of things because they hide the great meanings of life.
For this, it offers different experiences in nature, workshops, empowerment circles and classes, where the practice of yoga and meditation exists as the main channel, in order to develop a more positive attitude towards life and enjoy moments of fulfillment and self-expression of individually and collectively.
All activities are created with a specific intention and the ideal place to enhance self-knowledge and the maximum expression of being, so that it can develop autonomously and use the tools learned on a day-to-day basis.
