Through consistent practice in all the activities that we propose, we will guide you to feel and focus inward to clear your mind and promote greater well-being.
The classes (both face-to-face and virtual) are suitable for all levels and in each one of them they practice how the asanas (postures) feel and not how they look; flowing consciously with the physical body and the breath in the different sequences, energizing the body and mind and providing a state of peace and balance.
Meditation and mindful breathing are part of each of the classes we practice.
Founder of Thruyoga and Certified Yoga Instructor from Barcelona. She took her training while she was living in Toronto and has been teaching yoga in multiple languages (Catalan, Spanish and English) both in Canada and Spain since 2017. Her classes are a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa with deep focus on the breath and proper alignment in every asana. Her classes are calm and inspire students with inspirational thoughts, seeking to help others to thrive and live with purpose and empowerment.
